To ensure optimal performance, the coffee maker has a descaling reminder feature. When the two function keys flash red alternately, it's time to descale the machine. Simply pour 14 oz of descaling solution into the water reservoir, press the two function keys for 2 seconds, and use the hot water descaling function for efficient cleaning.

It's recommended to use no more than 10 ounces of water when using capsules and no more than 14 ounces of water when using coffee powder. If the coffee is too weak, you can reduce the water amount moderately. The Bold setting allows more flavor to be extracted from the beans, resulting in a stronger, richer coffee, while the Regular setting brews a cup of hot coffee with a normal taste.

The coffee filter and K-cup holder are placed on both sides of the inner carton, so be sure to check if they are complete after unpacking. In case of loss or additional purchase, you can contact the after-sales service.

The water tank is designed with a ladder shape, and each level on the inside is marked with a corresponding scale. Using a cup with a spout will reduce the chance of water splashing when pouring into the tank.
